On behalf of the Board of Directors and our membership we would like to sincerely thank the many vendors and exhibitors that participate in our conference and support each of us in our individual schools and classrooms across the state.

The annual Illinois Technology Education Conference will again held in the Brown Ballroom, inside the Bone Student Center, on the campus of Illinois State University.  We are expecting to have a large number of teachers, administrators, and pre-service teachers representing technology and engineering education at the elementary, middle school, high school, and university levels join us this year. The diversity of the audience also includes opportunities to introduce yourself and your company to the current and future technology and engineering educators, including administration, from throughout the Midwest.  We are providing a unique collaborative opportunity for vendors and exhibitors and conference participants like never before at our conference.

Vendors and exhibitors will also have a great opportunity to sponsor a TEAI Teacher Development scholarship which assists pre-service technology and engineering teachers.  As a past recipient I personally know what it means to a receive such a scholarship.
